Hadlock's Towing - Seattle Towing

I want to let everyone know my service from Hadlocks Towing was a Rolls-Royce experience; only the best of the best! I am a AAA member, and it was New Years Day, and not a truck was available for over six hours. But after contacting Regan at Hadlocks, everything from that moment went like clock work, true professionals!

 I had my car towed from West Seattle to Northgate by Hadlock's on the night of Friday the 17th of December. I just wanted to let you guys know that the truck driver (Tony) was professional, methodical, punctual, and courteous. Having to call for a tow because my car died was a stressful endeavor. So I appreciated how Tony was proficient with all of the technical aspects of the job, but more so that he was polite in his conduct. He made the experience far less painful than it might have been. So thanks to him for that.

As a car collector, I am very picky and careful about who I call when I need to have one of my collectable automobiles or motorcycles moved to storage, or transported when broken down on the road.  Hadlock’s Towing has always been my first choice when I needed responsible, careful and professional services.  Regan and his crew takes the kind of care and pride in his work as one would were they moving their own cars.  I have never had any issues, claims, damages or disappointments using Hadlock’s Towing, and I would recommend Hadlock’s Towing to anyone who is looking for professional, timely, and careful movement of their vehicles.

Recently my Kia broke down out in Sammamish.  Hadlock’s Towing was sent to retrieve my car and take it to a shop in West Seattle.  The driver showed up in less then 30 minutes, had my car on the truck, and delivered it to the shop within an hour.  I was very pleased with how polite and professional the Hadlock’s Towing driver was, and I never felt that my vehicle was being treated in any way that could damage it.  I will always call on Hadlock’s Towing whenever in need to have one of my vehicles towed.  They are very trustworthy, and treated me very nicely.

I first became aware of Hadlock’s for their breakdown services.  The tow truck showed up fast and provided great roadside assistance service for my stalled car.  Well when my car finally died all the way I called them back for their junk car removal services.  I hadn’t thought about how complicated car removal could be, but junk car towing was the best.  They made it easy.  From a satisfied return customer!
